| Customer Reviews: Great January 5, 2010 Alison Watson (Fife, Scotland, UK) I was surprised to find this product still available and at a very good price for my ageing Sony Digital camera. Once again, Amazon came up trumps and my camera is like new again.
First choice for beginers February 26, 2002 70 out of 71 found this review helpful
If you are a first time user of a Sony Digital Handy Cam then this is the choice for you. The battery offers well over an hour of reliable filming time which should be plenty for a days use. Then when the day is over you can simple put it onto charge which should take just 120 minuets on a standard charger. If you are looking for faster charging time then you should look at Sony's BC-VM50 charger which takes only 45 min therefore reducing the charging time by 75 minuets. The battery is very small meaning that the total size of the camera is reduced. It is also of very lightweight making it easier to carry around.
Good service, poor product. April 10, 2010 Disgusted of Bucks. (UK) Battery did not charge. Battery would not eject from camera. When finally extracted from camera one of the contacts on the battery was protruding. Not the quality I would expect from this brand. Certainly not the quality of the original battery supplied with the camera which has lasted for seven years. Product returned and full refund provided British_Bargains including return postage. I will now try buying one of these batteries through my local Sony Centre where it will no doubt cost me a lot more, but it will be worth it to get one that works.
This battery sucks compared to its big brother NP-QM91D July 7, 2004 9 out of 23 found this review helpful
This item is not reccommended when compared to the np-qm91d which offers upto 6 hours run time depending on which camera u have and it costs only £62 including delivery
