Long life battery for use on the current range of HF-Sxx Digital camcorders. Very expensive but then it is an OEM product hence only 4 stars. Will show proper battery life when used on the camcordere and does allow very long shooting time of more than three hours. It does however have a long recharge time at over 6 and a half hours so your camcorder will be out of action for that length of time!! You might want to do yourself a favour and by the Canon CG-800E Charger as this means you can charge the dead battery whilst using another one on the camcorder so you don't miss any action!. This charger also shortens the recharge time to around 260mins.
