I spent ages looking for a spare battery for my new Panasonic HDC-TM10 camcorder,and eventually ordered one from another company only to be told it was a special order and could take two months!. So cancelled it and ordered it from Amazon from Germany. The item arrived earlier than expected, well packed annd exactly what I ordered, not a copy, which maybe cheaper but I find never perform as well as the genuine product.

Delivery excellente. Battery arrived two days before the earliest date quoted.
Battery is what it is supposed to be. Fits perfectly on the camcorder and took and held charge as it is supposed to do.
