This is a good battery and made by a reputable company and being much cheaper than a Panasonic original it's a good buy.No problems with charging and the specs are just the same as for original power pack.I have used and compared this with the original battery (VW-VBJ10) and can honestly say that I have found no difference in performance between the two.In my opinion this is a good buy.

Panasonic batteries seem unwarrantably expensive. This alternative works just as well and hopefully for as long. Energizer batteries seem to be well made and as good as or better than many of their competitors. Perhaps Panasonic will be forced to reduce their exorbitant price

The old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly rings true with this battery.
The performance is absolutely diabolical lasting little over 40 mins from fully charged.
The battery that came WITH the camcorder (Panasonic) lasts about four hours on continuous use.
Avoid it like the plague
